I become your embedded operations partner, owning the coordination layer so your team can focus on the work that matters.
Depending on what you need, this includes project management, campaign coordination, vendor relationships, meeting facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and ongoing systems design. I use modern tools, including AI where it genuinely helps, to keep operations lean and your people's attention where it belongs.

Hi, I’m Sam!
I'm a project management and operations consultant based in Boston.
I work with nonprofits and small agencies doing meaningful work on systems that weren't built to scale. Inboxes standing in for project management. Spreadsheets doing the job of a real workflow. Smart people spending time on coordination instead of the work that matters.
I come in, map what's actually happening, and build something better. Then I stay to make sure it holds. Most of my clients become long-term partners. I believe the best work happens when there's real trust on both sides, and I invest in that from day one.
Before starting Vidal Strategies, I spent years managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across the nonprofit, public, and private sectors. I bring that experience to every engagement, along with a direct approach and a bias toward getting things done.
